Returns the bytecode size in bytes, the keccak256 hash of the deployed bytecode, a boolean or target address indicating whether the contract is an EIP-1167 minimal proxy clone, and a boolean or target address indicating whether it is an EIP-7702 delegation. If the address has no code (i.e. is an EOA), the size will be zero and no hash or proxy flags will be present.
