Output
Returns a JSON object with: total reserve amount and USD value for the requested asset, percentage and absolute change over 1d/7d/30d windows, inflow or outflow direction over 7 days, a daily history array (date, amount, USD value, number of exchanges), a per-exchange breakdown (slug, amount, share %, USD value, change metrics, staleness flag), cache metadata, and a data source note crediting DefiLlama. The newest day may be a partial snapshot.

Best for per-exchange reserve breakdowns and historical trend analysis backed by DefiLlama's labeled wallet data.
Side effects
- Unknown or unsupported token symbol returns an empty or null result with a reason field
- Wrapped token symbols (e.g. WBTC) are not matched to base assets (BTC) — must use exact symbol
- Exchange slug not found is silently ignored or returns empty exchanges array
- Requesting more than 90 days returns a validation error
- More than 20 exchange slugs in a single request is rejected
- Stale data flag may be true for some exchanges if DefiLlama cache is delayed
- Partial day data for the most recent date may cause misleading change calculations
