Side effects

Private, internal, or IP-literal URLs are refused with an error
Pages that exceed the 10,000 px height cap will be truncated when full_page is true
delay_ms exceeding 5000ms is rejected as out of range

Viewport dimensions outside allowed ranges (width 320–1920, height 200–1600) are rejected
