Query period: `7d` (default), `30d`, `90d`, `1y` or `all`; groupBy: `validator` (default) or `address`; limit: Rows to return, 1..=100, default 20. A ranked list of rows — up to the requested limit — each containing either a validator index or withdrawal address along with their aggregated block proposal count over the specified window. Results are ordered descending by proposal count.

Side effects
- Invalid period value (not one of 7d, 30d, 90d, 1y, all) returns a 400 error
- Limit out of range (below 1 or above 100) returns a 400 error

- Network or upstream Ethereum node unavailability may return a 503
