Side effects
- Invalid Tron address format (must start with T) returns a validation error
- Cursor from a different address or expired session may return an error or restart from scratch
- lookback_hours outside 1–6 range may be clamped or rejected
- No transfers found returns an empty list (not an error)
- Network or Tron node latency may cause occasional timeouts
- Passing no cursor on the second call restarts the window from the last hour
