Twitter Surf – User Following List

Use this endpoint when you need to retrieve the social graph outbound connections (following list) for a specific Twitter/X user, particularly for social graph analysis, influencer research, or monitoring whose network a particular account is building. Best when you need paginated access to following data and are operating in an x402-enabled payment context.

• User not found — invalid or non-existent username returns an error
• Rate limiting or payment failure — x402 payment not processed results in 402 error
• Pagination cursor invalid — stale or malformed cursor returns an error
• Private/protected account — following list may be inaccessible for protected Twitter accounts
• Empty result — user follows no accounts, returns empty list
