How this service works
Reverse lookup: resolve a Unicode character name (e.g. 'SNOWMAN', 'CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-4E2D', 'HANGUL SYLLABLE GA') to its code point. Loose whitespace/case matching. An unknown name is a successful `found:false`.
