How this service works
Test your x402 client or agent for the minimum price: confirms the payment arrived and echoes back the network, scheme, payer and amount the server saw, your IP, user agent, time and any 'eco' text you send.
Output
Returns a JSON object with a boolean 'ok' field, the echoed 'eco' string, a note explaining whether payment was detected, the server's UTC timestamp, and optionally the client IP, user agent, and seen_payment object showing the payer network and address if x402 payment headers were recognized.

Side effects
- Payment not detected: seen_payment returns null if x402 headers are missing or malformed
- Network timeout if Vextorium servers are temporarily unreachable
