Output
A list of funding change events, each specifying the event kind (appeared, closed, deadline_changed, amount_changed, title_changed), the affected funding call, the before/after values, and the snapshot date on which the change was first observed. Use this endpoint when an agent already holds a list of funding opportunities from /v1/opportunities and needs to detect what has changed since a known date — new calls, deadline shifts, closures, or edits. It is purpose-built for incremental monitoring workflows over EU and DACH public funding portals, with a daily snapshot archive from May 2026. It is not suited for retrieving the full current list of open calls (use /v1/opportunities) or for non-EU/DACH funding sources.
Side effects
- Missing required 'since' parameter returns a 400 error
- Invalid date format for since/until returns a validation error
- Requesting a source not in the allowed enum returns a 400
- No changes found for the given filters returns an empty list
- Data for DACH sources may be sparse if crawl did not reach all pages
- Changes before 2026-05 are not in the archive; field-level changes before 2026-08-24 unavailable
