Returns a JSON object indicating whether the target URL is alive, whether it returns a valid x402 402 status, the scheme (e.g. exact), network (e.g. base), asset, payTo wallet address, price in atomic units and USD-equivalent if USDC, x402 version, and round-trip latency in milliseconds.
