Side effects
- Missing required 'from' or 'to' date fields returns a validation error
- Dates in wrong format (not YYYY-MM-DD) return a parsing error
- 'from' date after 'to' date may return zero or a negative count
- Dates far in the future may not account for not-yet-announced public holidays
- Payment failure (x402) results in no response being returned
