A JSON object with: a top-level 'degraded' boolean, a 'level' field (operational/minor/major/critical), a 'reason' string summarizing findings, per-provider status entries (e.g. anthropic: 'none', github: 'none'), an 'asOf' timestamp, a 'method' description, source attribution details for each tracked provider including their Statuspage URLs and terms, and schema versioning info. Results are cached for up to 60 seconds.

Side effects

- Cached result up to 60 seconds old — may not reflect very recent incident declarations
- Deprecated provider keys (openai, cursor) always return null and will be removed after 2026-11-12
