Liquidation cascade history: past clustered same-side flush events reconstructed from our own tape, with start and end, prints, USD total and peak print, up to 72h back. /api/cascade tells you what is happening NOW; this tells you what already happened.
Output
A JSON object containing an array of past cascade events, each with: symbol, side (longs_liquidated or shorts_liquidated), start and end timestamps in milliseconds, number of individual liquidation prints, total USD volume, peak single-print USD, and duration in seconds. Also returns the query parameters echoed back (hours, gap_s, min_usd, scope) and a cascade_count integer.

Side effects
