Output
Returns a JSON object containing a list of Bybit USDT perpetual symbols where open interest has spiked abnormally versus an earlier baseline snapshot. Each spike entry includes: symbol name, current OI in USD, OI change percentage, 24h price change percentage, and 8-hour funding rate. The response also includes the age of the baseline snapshot in minutes (always at least 30) and metadata confirming the data source and tool name.
