Use this endpoint to verify a user's account state and Resy linkage before attempting a restaurant search or booking workflow. It is the diagnostic/preflight step in the Agentic Reservations flow — call it when you need to confirm the user is authenticated and their Resy account is properly connected before proceeding to reservation endpoints.
Side effects
- Unauthenticated request returns 401 if no valid session or token is provided
- Resy linkage may show resy_linked: false if the user has not yet connected their Resy account
- Email field may be null if not yet provided by the user
- resy_linked_at may be null if the account was never linked
