Side effects
- Unsupported country code (only US is supported) returns a validation error
- Invalid or unavailable area code results in provisioning failure
- Malformed E.164 phone number for owner_phone or transfer_number causes rejection
- Payment of $2 USDC not completed causes 402 Payment Required response
- Invalid voice_id preset or Cartesia UUID returns an error
- System prompt or greeting exceeds character limits
