Side effects
- Invalid or expired lease_token returns authorization error
- Unknown event_type string returns empty or error result
- Phone number not owned by the authenticated account returns empty list
- Limit value out of range may return validation error
- Payment not made (x402) results in 402 Payment Required before events are returned
