Output
Returns a paginated list of draft objects for the specified pod, each including draft_id, inbox_id, subject, to/cc/bcc recipients, preview text, labels, scheduled send time, last updated timestamp, and attachment metadata, along with total count and pagination token.

Prefer this over thread or message listing endpoints when you specifically want draft (unsent) content. Best for agents that manage outbound email queues, review scheduled sends, or need to check draft state before sending.
Side effects
- Invalid or missing pod_id returns 404 not found
- Invalid Authorization token returns 401 unauthorized
- Malformed date-time format for before/after returns 422 validation error
- Invalid page_token returns 400 bad request
- Pod with no drafts returns empty drafts array with count 0
