Side effects
- Invalid or malformed txHash (not matching 0x + 64 hex chars) returns a validation error
- Transaction hash not found in AgentOracle records returns a 404 or empty result
- On-chain state may return 'unavailable' if the Base RPC is temporarily unreachable
- Transaction may be in 'pending' state if not yet mined or confirmed
- Payment to this API endpoint itself may fail if USDC balance is insufficient (x402 protocol)
