How this service works
Search for real estate agents by location and optionally by name. Returns agent profiles with review ratings, sales data, brokerage info, and an `encodedZuid` identifier that can be used with the agent listing endpoints.
Output
Returns an array of agent profile cards (up to 15 per page) including agent name, brokerage/company, profile photo URL, whether they are a Zillow top agent, review average and count, sales stats (price range, number of sales), a Zillow profile link, agent-specific tags, and the encodedZuid identifier needed to query that agent's listings. Also returns the total count of matching agents and request metadata.

Side effects
- Invalid location slug format (e.g. using full city name instead of city-state slug like 'new-york-ny') returns empty or error results
- Name filter too generic returns too many results requiring pagination
- Agent not found by name in the given location returns empty agents array
- Page number beyond available results returns empty agents array
- Rate limiting or payment issues return 402 or 429 errors
