Prefer the free sandbox endpoint /v1/sandbox/dns-txt-dkim-s1 first; fall back to this paid endpoint when the sandbox is unavailable or rate-limited. Do not use this for other DKIM selectors (e.g. s2, google, default) — those are different DNS names requiring different endpoints.
