Basename resolution both ways: name to address, or address to primary name
Output
Returns the resolved counterpart: for a Basename input, returns the associated 0x Ethereum address; for a 0x address input, returns the primary Basename registered to that wallet. If no resolution is found, likely returns null or an empty result for that field.
