Returns a list of newly created DEX liquidity pools on the requested network, each including pool address/name, liquidity in USD, 24h trading volume, fully diluted valuation (FDV), buy and sell transaction counts, pool age, and automatically computed risk flags such as 'too fresh', 'thin liquidity', and 'sell pressure'.

Side effects
