Use the sibling fetch endpoints instead if you only need single ad-hoc HTTP requests without managing a CONNECT tunnel yourself.
Side effects
- Payment failure (x402): caller has insufficient USDC balance or payment header is malformed
- Invalid region code: provided ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 value is not supported by the network
- Session pool exhausted: no sticky IPs available for the requested exit country at that moment
