Crypto address risk check API (pre-payment counterparty screening). Pre-payment counterparty check for agents: before paying or approving an EVM (Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum) or Solana address, get ok / caution / block with reasons. Screens OFAC SDN and ScamSniffer scam lists, x402 Bazaar payee directory and known labels, and reads the address on-chain (wallet, contract, token contract, Safe, EIP-7702 delegation, activity, USDC balance).

A JSON object with a verdict field (ok, caution, or block), a confidence level (high/medium/low), a human-readable summary, an array of reasons each with a code, severity, and explanatory text, plus on-chain facts including address kind (eoa, contract, token, Safe, etc.), nonce, native balance, and USDC balance. Chain and intent are echoed back for confirmation.

Side effects
