Sanctions screen for one crypto address, for agents and apps that send payments: exact match against all 1050 digital currency addresses in the official US Treasury OFAC SDN list (EVM case-insensitive). Returns sanctioned true/false, matching SDN entity, programs and list date, a chain guess and checksum validity, plus the list date. Informational, not legal advice.

Returns a JSON object with: a boolean 'sanctioned' flag, 'match_count', an array of 'matches' (each with entity name, SDN UID, OFAC programs, list date, currency type, and entity type), chain detection metadata (guessed chain, format, checksum validity, candidate chains), the normalized address, engine version, source URL, SDN address count, list currency date, and a legal disclaimer. A clear match includes the specific sanctioned entity (e.g., Lazarus Group / DPRK3 program).

Side effects
- Missing 'address' query parameter returns validation error
- Unsupported or malformed address format may return an unrecognized chain guess but still attempts matching
- OFAC SDN list may have propagation lag (list_age_days indicates staleness)
- Address not found returns sanctioned: false with empty matches array — does not guarantee the address or its owner is not sanctioned via other means
- Service unavailable or payment failure (x402) returns HTTP 402 or 5xx
