Output

Returns a watch_id, a one-time secret for authenticating callbacks, a status URL for polling, the list of conditions with their current values and whether they are currently true, the expiry timestamp, and a plain-English summary. When a condition fires, a signed POST is sent to the callback URL with the triggering condition details.
