Also includes an as-of timestamp, a plain-English top-story summary, data age in seconds, and a snapshot seal for integrity verification.

Side effects
- Invalid 'limit' parameter outside 1–200 range returns a validation error
- Unknown token ticker returns an empty stories array or ignores the filter
- Payment not processed (x402) results in a 402 Payment Required response
- Data may be up to 60 seconds stale (data_age_s up to 60); price reaction fields may be null if insufficient time has elapsed since publication
- High load on the worker may return 503 or timeout
