Returns a JSON object containing: current Fear & Greed index value and label (e.g. Neutral 50), previous Fear & Greed value, overall market mood (e.g. Risk-off), mood score, list of up to 7 trending coins with token symbol, rank, and 24h price change percentage, market breadth ratios (fraction of coins up in last 1h and 24h), volatility regime (e.g. normal), 24h total crypto volume in USD, BTC share of volume, data age in seconds, and a plain-English summary string.

Side effects
- Invalid limit parameter (outside 1-7 range) returns a validation error
- Data may be up to 60 seconds stale (data_age_s reflects this)
- Payment required (402) if x402 micropayment header is missing or invalid
- Upstream data source outage may cause stale or empty trending coin list
- Network timeout on the Cloudflare Worker edge node
