Use this endpoint when you need to screen a payer and multiple payees together in a single call before batch settlement, especially when you want them ranked by score gap rather than evaluated individually. Prefer it over the single-address Settlement Caution endpoint when you have 2-10 payees and want a comparative ranking. Choose Batch over the Passport endpoint when you need relative comparison rather than individual attestations.
Side effects
- More than 10 addresses in the list returns an error or truncated results
- Invalid or malformed blockchain addresses in from or list parameters cause a 400 error
- Payment not included or invalid causes a 402 Payment Required response
- Empty list parameter results in no payout scores being returned
- Network timeout if many addresses require on-chain lookups simultaneously
