Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent IČO returns an error or empty result
- IČO must be exactly 8 digits; malformed inputs are rejected
- ARES upstream unavailability may cause timeouts or errors
- Legal form codes and tax office codes are raw ARES codes without human-readable descriptions
