Side effects
- Invalid or non-routable IPv4 address provided returns an error
- IPv6 addresses are not supported
- DNS timeout or upstream DNSBL unavailability may cause partial results
- Private/reserved IP ranges may return no meaningful results
- Rate limiting may apply at $0.01 per call
