Use this endpoint when you need to apply the validated Carmona-Bayonas 2017 EPIPHANY CHAID model specifically for cancer-associated pulmonary embolism risk stratification. Prefer this over generic PE risk tools (e.g. PESI, sPESI) when the patient has active malignancy and you need the oncology-specific six-variable decision tree with published 15-day outcome rates. The caller must pre-assign all six clinical covariates; this endpoint does not examine the patient or apply RECIST criteria.
Side effects
- Missing required boolean query parameters (hestia_like_any, ecog_ps_ge_2, oxygen_sat_lt_90, pe_specific_symptoms, tumour_uncontrolled, primary_tumour_resected) return validation errors
- Non-boolean values for any parameter may result in rejection or incorrect tree traversal
