Side effects
- Missing required 'sources' parameter returns a validation error
- Invalid feed URL in sources causes that feed to be skipped or returns an error
- No items match the keyword filter resulting in an empty items array with stats showing filtered_out count
- since_hours exceeding 2160 (90 days) rejected with schema validation error
- limit exceeding 100 clamped or rejected
- Upstream feed unavailable causes reduced feeds_used count
- Payment failure via x402 returns 402 with payment requirements before serving content
