Returns a JSON object indicating whether a match was found (boolean), the normalized query, the best fuzzy match score (0–1), the number of matches, total index records searched, matched list entries with their SDN list name, full entity name, score, aliases, entity number, and associated sanctions programs (e.g. UKRAINE, RUSSIA, EO14024), plus the threshold used.

Side effects
