Side effects
- Invalid or unknown entity IDs not found in the content catalog return an error
- entity_type mismatch if one ID is a franchise and the other is a work
- Async job polling required if async flag set and job_id not tracked
- API payment failure via x402 protocol resulting in 402 response
- Timeout on synchronous calls for large or complex entity profiles
