Output
Returns a normalized list of prediction markets, each with: question text, implied probability (0-1), trading volume, end/expiry date, source venue (Polymarket or Kalshi), and a direct URL. Optionally includes each venue's raw native fields if includeRaw is set to true.

Side effects
- Query string too long (over 200 characters) causes validation error
- Unsupported venue name in venues array returns 400
- No matching markets for a very specific query returns empty results list
- Venue API downtime may cause partial results from only one venue
- Async polling timeout if job_id result is not retrieved in time
