Prefer this over the historical endpoint for real-time monitoring, alerting, or dashboards. Use the 'sample' query parameter for a free preview without payment. If you need current snapshot values across all zones simultaneously, consider the all-zones snapshot sibling endpoint instead.
Side effects
- Invalid zone identifier returns an error — must be one of the 25 supported enum values
- Missing or expired x402 payment results in a 402 Payment Required response
- start/end Unix timestamps outside available data range may return empty data array
- limit exceeding 5000 rows is rejected
- Requesting a zone with no recent data publication may return stale or empty results
