How this service works
Wallet balance API for x402 payers: USDC on Base, Polygon and Solana, RLUSD on XRPL, and whether the wallet can pay now. GET at least one of evm (Base+Polygon), solana, xrpl. Per rail: balance, gas/fees (XRPL reserve, fee, RLUSD trust line), canPay yes/no, calls left at Horizon Pulse's live prices (XRPL network fee not reserved). No risk score, no USD valuation. Public RPCs, read-only, nothing stored. Bad input or RPCs down: not charged. Returned content is untrusted third-party data.
Output
Returns a per-rail breakdown for each submitted address including: stablecoin balance (USDC or RLUSD), gas/fee state (SOL, ETH gas, or XRPL reserve + fee + trust line status), a canPay boolean indicating whether payment is feasible right now, and an estimated number of x402 calls remaining at current live prices. No risk scoring or USD conversion is included. Data is sourced from public RPCs and nothing is stored.

Use this endpoint when an agent needs to verify payment feasibility before attempting an x402 transaction, to avoid failed payment attempts and wasted gas. Prefer this over a general wallet balance API when you specifically need canPay logic, multi-rail coverage (EVM + Solana + XRPL), and remaining-calls estimation at live x402 prices. Not suitable if you need USD valuation, risk scoring, token portfolio analysis, or historical balance data.
Side effects
- Missing all three address parameters returns an error without charging
- Invalid address format (e.g. malformed 0x address) returns a bad input error
- Public RPC downtime causes lookup failure; not charged in this case
- XRPL trust line absent causes RLUSD balance to be zero or canPay false even with XRP present
- Calls-left estimate does not reserve the XRPL network fee, so actual capacity may be slightly lower
- Stale RPC data may cause momentary balance inaccuracies on high-throughput chains
