How this service works
Change watch for is website up: runs the check and compares it with the result from your previous call for the same url (kept 90 days), returning the current answer, changed true/false, exactly which fields changed with before/after values, and when it was last seen. Call it on a schedule to be told when is this website up? checks if a url is online right now and answers up/down with the http status code, response time in changes. $0.01 per check.
Output
Returns the current up/down status, HTTP status code, response time, a 'changed' boolean, a list of exactly which fields changed with their before and after values, and the timestamp of when the state was last seen. Historical comparison data is retained for 90 days.

Side effects
- Target URL is unreachable or returns an error — endpoint still records the down state and compares it
- No previous result exists for the URL — 'changed' field may be null or indicate first-run
- URL not provided or malformed — request fails with a validation error
- Rate limiting or network timeouts on the target server may cause false negatives
