For Solana, returns priority-fee percentiles and current TPS instead of EIP-1559 fields.

Prefer it over chain-specific RPC calls when you need congestion signals, base-fee trend, and fee tiers (slow/standard/fast) without doing your own block analysis. Ideal for DeFi agents that need to decide which chain to route transactions through or when to execute a transaction based on current network conditions.
Side effects
- Invalid chain name in 'chains' parameter returns error or is silently ignored
- Upstream RPC node outage may cause stale or missing data for specific chains
- USD cost estimates unavailable if 'usd=false' is set or price feed is temporarily down
- Rate limiting if too many requests are made in a short window
- Network-specific data (e.g. Solana TPS) may be missing if that chain's node is unreachable
