An ordered array of per-domain results matching the input list, each containing the same mail health report as the single-domain endpoint (A-F grade, DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC findings, etc.), a per-item error field if that domain's check failed, and a top-level count of how many items failed across the batch.

Choose this endpoint when you have 2–20 domains to assess and want to minimize round-trips and latency. It is strictly better than looping over the single /monitor/mail-health endpoint when checking multiple domains — same per-domain output but processed concurrently and returned in input order. Prefer the single endpoint only when checking exactly one domain or when you want to avoid paying for a full batch.
Side effects
- Individual domain lookup failure captured in per-item error field rather than failing the whole batch
- Exceeding 20-domain batch limit may result in rejection or truncation
- Invalid or non-existent domain names return error in that item's error field
- Network timeouts for specific domains reflected per item
- Payment failure (x402) blocks the entire batch call
