Which prescribers just entered a drug class this Medicare Part D year — e.g. new GLP-1 prescribers in PY2024? Bulk feed over CMS Part D Prescribers by Provider and Drug, aggregated per NPI to a drug class and differenced PY2023 → PY2024: direction=new_entrant returns new-to-class prescribers, de_adopter those whose class volume fell. Flat rows, cursor-paginated up to 1000/page, by drug_class, specialty, and state. Observational public Part D records — never a clinical recommendation.

Flat paginated rows (up to 1000 per page) of prescribers with NPI, specialty, state, drug class, PY2023 and PY2024 claim volumes, and a direction label (new_entrant or de_adopter). Side effects
- Invalid drug_class value returns an error or empty results — must be one of GLP-1, SGLT2, DPP-4, Statin
- Invalid two-letter state code returns empty results or validation error
- min_pct_drop ignored when direction=new_entrant; max_prior_claims ignored when direction=de_adopter
- Cursor token from a different query or expired session returns an error or unexpected page
- limit above 1000 is capped silently at 1000
- Payment failure (x402) blocks access entirely before any data is returned
