Side effects
- Invalid or unknown mailboxId returns 404 or empty result
- Invalid cursor value causes pagination error
- Exceeding limit of 100 per page returns validation error
- Requesting non-existent folder returns empty email list
- Payment not processed (x402) results in 402 Payment Required before data is returned
- Invalid enum value for sortColumn or sortDirection returns 400 error
- Scan status filter with no matching emails returns empty list with totalCount 0
