Returns a list of up to 20 outbound links found on the page, each with its anchor text, the final HTTP status code, and a boolean indicating whether it redirected. Also provides aggregate totals: count of ok links, broken links, and redirected links.

It is not a full site crawler and is limited to the first 20 links, so prefer a dedicated crawl tool for full-site audits.
Side effects
- Target page is unreachable or returns a non-200 response — endpoint may return an error or empty link list
- Page has no outbound links — returns empty link array with zeroed totals
- JavaScript-rendered links may not be detected if the page requires JS execution
- Timeouts on slow-loading target pages
- Only the first 20 links are checked; links beyond that are ignored
