Side effects
- Invalid or unknown cursor returns an error or empty results
- Filtering by slug with a non-existent slug returns an empty list
- Sparse episode coverage causes ad-free filter to exclude some legitimate shows
- Very broad queries with no q or topic_id default to popularity ordering which may not be what user expected
- Language code typos or unsupported values may return no results or an error
