Side effects
- Unknown or delisted symbol returns empty or error per venue
- Hyperliquid next_funding_ms is always null (known limitation)
- Network timeout to upstream exchange APIs returns partial venue data
- Invalid venue name in venues parameter silently skips that venue
- Rate limit or payment failure returns 402 or 429 error
