Give a birth date, and for the angles a time, place and tz or utc_offset. Deterministic ephemeris, no LLM, no keys.
Output
Returns a structured JSON object containing: tropical planet positions (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) each with sign, degree, and retrograde flag; Whole-Sign house assignments; Ascendant and Midheaven angles with sign and degree (if birth time provided); and a list of major Ptolemaic aspects (conjunction, sextile, square, trine, opposition) between planets with orbs. If no birth time is given, houses, Ascendant, and exact Moon degree are flagged as unavailable.
