Side effects
- Handle not found — returns 404 or empty result if the username does not exist or has been suspended
- Invalid handle format — returns validation error if handle contains disallowed characters or is empty
- Rate limiting or payment failure — call may be rejected if USDC payment is not processed correctly via x402
- Private/suspended accounts may return no data or partial data
- Handle changes — if the user has changed their username, the old handle will return no results
