Side effects
- Tweet ID not found or does not belong to the specified user — returns 404
- Tweet was never edited so only the current version is returned
- Invalid tweet ID format (non-numeric or exceeds 19 digits) — validation error
- Invalid username format (contains disallowed characters) — validation error
- Payment not processed or x402 payment required — returns 402
- Twitter/X API upstream unavailable — returns 503 or timeout
